Chase Klinesteker was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Central High School and the University of Michigan Dental School, graduating in 1965. He practiced general dentistry for 43 years before retiring in 2008. He has authored numerous articles on fishing instruction and breeding tropical fish, as well as a website and YouTube channel.His love of writing stems from a rich family history of teaching and his fondness for the use of computer word processers.
