Nadine Carlson, Co-Founder and Consultant for Care Provider Solutions. On a regular day you will likely find her creating systems to benefit adult residential homes owners and operators, writing blogs and social media content to educate and help run an AFC better, or working directly with Michigan providers to address their specific needs. As a LARA AFC Licensing Council Member, CMHAM member, and long standing volunteer at Calvary Church Go Getters special needs ministry, she is committed to teaching AFC operators in Michigan the systems to simplify their processes so they can provide better resident care. Her favorite thing about her job is that she can use the experience gained over 15 years of owning and operating AFC Homes and consulting to benefit others. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, grand dog and doing things that make life fun.
