Jenna Smith is the owner of Vitality At Home, a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice in Grand Rapids. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Geriatric Clinical Specialist, Jenna saw a gap in the care her patient’s were able to receive following an injury or illness, so she started Vitality At Home to help adults 55+ maximize their independence, be more active and optimize their health so they can avoid slowing down and live a fulfilling life. Jenna is passionate about changing the way we view the aging journey by showing people they are capable of much more than they believe they are.
